1 vanilla instant pudding packet
half of the milk called for on the package
1 container Cool Whip
1/4 c. confectioners sugar (powdered sugar) *opptional for thickness
Whisk pudding until it begins to thicken. Then fold in the container of Cool Whip!
Great on cakes, cupcakes, etc! Switch up the flavor too with differant flavors of pudding to go with your cake! If you want to make it a little thicker you can add powdered sugar (confectioners) add a little at a time to get thickness you want!
NOTES: (FOR DIABETICS) get sugar free Cool Whip and Sugar Free Pudding and nix the conf. sugar totaly... it tastes JUST as good!
