1st layer
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 - 1 c. pecans
Grease 9 x 13 pan and press mixture into pan; bake for 15 minutes at 350. Allow to cool.
2nd layer
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar and then fold in Cool Whip. Spread on flour mixture.
3rd layer
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
Mix cold milk with both puddings, using mixer, until thick. Pour over 2nd layer.
4th layer
1 c. Cool Whip
Top mixture with Cool Whip and chill.
