Missie's Mac and Cheese Bake














4 Tbsp Butter or Marg.
2 - 2 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
2 C. Milk
1/3 block Velveeta (cubed)
1 Box elbow mac. or any kind of pasta
salt and pepper to taste
1 tube saltine crackers crushed
2 - 3 Tbsp butter or marg. (for crackers)

Boil pasta until done, drain, and put into 13x9 baking dish. Combine first two ingredients and cook for at least 1 -2 mins medium heat. Remove from heat add the milk and Velveeta Cheese return to heat using a whisk, stir continuously until cheese is melted add salt and pepper to taste, once all is melted pour over pasta and mix through. In small saucepan melt butter for crackers and crushed crackers til coated by butter sprinkle on top of pasta cover with foil and bake for aprox 25 -30 keep an eye on the crumbs on top so they dont burn! Enjoy!
