Cheesy Taquito Enchiladas

Use a 8x11x3″ deep baking pan or biggest you have

1 large box (approx.  30-40) frozen Taquitos any brand  Chicken or Beef

15 oz. can of cream of chicken soup  

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided into two 1 cup portions

1 cup chopped green chiles

1 large egg

* Optional * Sour cream and cilantro for garnish

In a large bowl mix the soup, 1 cup of the cheese, egg, and green chiles 
Layer a single layer of the taquitos on the bottom of the pan
Evenly layer some of the soup mix onto the taquitos
Continue to layer all the way to the top of baking dish
Then top it off with remaining 1c. of cheese
Bake at 350 for 40 - 50 mins. or until golden and bubbly all the way through and let it cool a little
