Dr. Pepper Fajitas


-1 1/4 teaspoons chili powder
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon sugar
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne
-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-1 Can Dr. Pepper
-1/4 Cup Jalapeños, chopped
-2 tablespoons vinegar
-Sautéed Onions & Peppers
-Avocado, sliced
-Roma Tomatoes, chopped
-Shredded Cheese
1. Place flank steak in slow cooker.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
3. Pour dry mix on both sides of flank steak.
4. Turn on slow cooker to HIGH and cook for 1 hr covered.
5. Remove lid and pour in jalapeños, vinegar and Dr. Pepper and stir.
6. Cover again and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hrs until tender enough to cut apart.
7. Remove from slow cooker and cut into fajita strips.
8. Build your fajita tacos with flank steak and desired toppings.
