Biscuits & Gravy This is close to the way that I personally make my gravy with the exceptions listed below that I highly suggest!
After you add the flour add 1/2 tsp.salt and black pepper to taste
Use oil or shortening instead of bacon fat
Let flour cook a little longer than she did
Do NOT add onion powder, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, or red pepper flake (as she suggested)
The key to gravy is stir stir stir..... add milk as it thickens til u get the consistency you like, its better to add less at first and add milk as you go!
